About this Novel

Fu’ad is a young businessman who is about to open a big new company. He works very hard and lives by the saying: “Keep working until you become so big, people already know who you are.” With just seven days left before the company opens, he is focused and excited. Everything is moving well, and he feels like he is closer than ever to reaching his dreams. Even while around people, he keeps checking his phone to stay updated on his company. He loves using his time wisely and wants everything to be perfect. But this strong focus on business makes him forget about other parts of his life—like his upcoming wedding. His friend Farouq reminds him about the wedding and how he’s ignoring it. Fu’ad laughs and says business is more important, but Farouq is worried. Fu’ad keeps pushing personal things aside and asks Farouq to take care of wedding matters. Then Fu’ad receives strange emails warning him not to open his company. They say bad things will happen if he continues. Though he’s used to threats like these, this one feels different. Still, he prays and chooses not to be afraid. He believes in himself and won’t stop. Meanwhile, Fu’ad’s mother figure, Maamah, is planning a grand wedding.
