The story starts with Rafi'atu, a young girl who was in a bad situation of her illness. She met Yusuf who helped her to the nearest hospital. Little did she know that this was the beginning of a beautiful love story. They met again by coincidence at the pharmacy, and Yusuf acted as if he did not recognize her. However, after some time, they started talking and soon became friends. As the story progresses, Yusuf asks Rafi'atu to help him pretend to be his girlfriend in front of his sister to stop her from asking him to find a girlfriend. Though reluctant at first, Rafi'atu agrees to help him. However, as they continue with the pretense, they both realize that their feelings for each other have grown deeper.
